The 8 Stages of Effective Dialogue (2 day weekend workshop)

Any successful conversation or conflict resolution goes through the same basic stages.
This course shows you

• how to identify what stage you are at
  
• how to respond to whatever the other person says
  
• how to express what is important to you in a way that encourages cooperation
  
• at every stage, how to move the dialogue toward an agreement that will stick.

Bring your own real-life challenge and leave the weekend with

• clarity about how to speak your truth in a connecting way and
• coaching and practice in responding to the most difficult things you can imagine the other person saying - in a way that moves toward a mutually satisfying result.
