• Free Intro to NVC (2 3/4 hours)

• The 8 Stages of Effective Dialogue (Weekend)
  This workshop provides demonstration and practice in how the basic skills of NVC get used in different ways at different points in a dialogue. It provides learning for both people new to NVC and experienced practitioners. Click here to Register or For more information

Weekday / Weeknight

• Empathy Connection (drop-in or 4-part series) At the heart of NVC is the capacity to hear ourselves and others with compassion. This series will offer training, support, companionship and practice in building this capacity - working with real examples from our lives. Click here to Register or For more information
  
  
• NVC Dialogue (4-part series) Participants practice a flow of hearing and expressing to create a spirit of mutual support and collaboration, even in the face of conflict. Participants may also use this time to "try out" ways of dealing with situations in their lives before having these conversations "for real". Click here to Register or For more information
  
  
• NVC for Couples The real-life couple of John Stevens and Glenda Mattinson have appreciated the benefits that NVC has brought to their lives. Glenda enjoys supporting people in using NVC to enhance their couple relationships - and delights in the fact that it "works" even when our partner is not interested in learning NVC themselves.
